Learning to live out our calling with compassion and love.
We went on a walk to explore which signs of Autumn we could find.
We held a fundraising day, and took part in lots of 'Pudsey' themed activities.
One of the many ways we explored Bonfire Night was to listen to sounds and move in different ways as though we were fireworks.
We explored the celebration of Divali, and created our own lamps in our dough area.
Santa sent us a trainee elf to look after and he helped us to set up a workshop.
We enjoyed learning about lion and dragon dancing so much that we decided to get out some props and instruments and have a go ourselves.
One of our Catholic Life pledges was to share our love with others so we made some bunting for the residents of the belong village.
We cut out and flipped our own pancakes, then at snack time we got to try some real ones with a topping of our choice!
We all dressed up as book characters for World Book Day. All our activities linked to different texts.
We use the local area when we can, and one of our activities was to make, and post, invitations for our Teddy Bears to invite them into school. As we walked back we were lucky enough to meet our school's postal workers and find out about what they were doing.
Our Teddy Bears joined in with lots of activities over the week, and then we rounded it up with a Teddy Bear's tea party using cakes we had baked and decorated.
