The Daily Mile

We have introduced a new initiative for our children to participate in - 'The Daily Mile'. 

 

Each day, the children  will go out onto the playground for 15 minutes to walk or run with the aim being to try and complete a mile. Scientific studies have proven that increasing children's physical activity daily will not only improve their physical and psychological health, but their learning also. 

 

Ask your child how far they ran each day and encourage them to embrace the personal challenge!
